Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
